PT ULTRA INOVA was previously known as Double D Diamond Products Pty Ltd. It was manufactured in Lonsdale, South Australia since 1988. Founded by Thomas Raymond Bryant, John Robert Ayres and Darryl Ashley Grey, Double D Diamond Products Pty Ltd produced PCBN and PCD Tools.
In 2012 Double D Diamond Products Pty Ltd became PT ULTRA INOVA and keep using the brand “DOUBLE D”, where it is manufactured and produced in Indonesia.
As the demand rised, PT ULTRA INOVA expands to custom made Carbide Cutting Tools, Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) Cutting Tools and Tool Holders.
Because we have more than 20 years experience. Our products are produced by experience engineers. We also used raw material made in Germany. When you depend your trust on us, we will give you 100% warranty. In our service, we always try to focus on our customer. Our type of Products
We offer a wide selection of High Performance Solid Carbide Special Tools which will give you savings by providing integrated design that will greatly save time and money.
We provide both standard and custom PCD rotary tools, such as PCD Endmills, Ballnose, Reamers, Step Drills, Spot Facing, and ISO inserts. PCD tools are used in large-scale non-ferrous machining applications.
We also provide special tool holders, such as BT-30, BT-40, HSK A63, HSKA100, and much more. We have an engineering team to produce a computer generated print for customers to approve before manufacturing the holders. We can ensure that customers receive a tool holder that meets their exact specifications.
